This was a 2017 van but it didn’t have any form of handsfree as standard ( very unusal ) on this year of Ford. But this wasn’t a problem! we fitted the very well known Parrot MKI9200 handsfree Bluetooth system which also allows Bluetooth music streaming, It also has a glove box mounted USB and AUX lead meaning you can also charge your phone if required. This system is wired between the original radio and the vans speakers meaning during a call the system will mute the radio and divert all the audio through the original vehicles speakers.
The Parrot MKI9200 features a nice controller which allows you to adjust the volume and answer calls quickly while on the road. It also features skip back and forwards buttons for music making it easy to adjust tracks. All this infomation is easy to view on the sleek Parrot LCD display allowing you to view caller infomation and dial out from your phonebook without touching your phone.
We use special Ford connectors which are placed between the radio and the vehicles speakers meaning no wires are cut or damaged during installation of the Parrot Handsfree system.
